2.The company's technology department and production department provide mold design and manufacturing services for users.
3.Diagnose equipment faults and answer technical questions for users via telephone, fax and e-mail.
  4.Provide the service of spare parts in time.
5.Provide the information of domestic and foreign consumable suppliers as required.
6.Provide the Chinese and English version of the operation manual of the equipment as required.
7.Regularly track the operation of equipment.
8.If the equipment needs to be repaired due to the quality problem (not caused by improper use or human factors) within one year from the date of delivery, ITC shall provide free maintenance service.
9.Free debugging service after the equipment arrives at the site.

The details are as follows: 1、Trainees: employees of enterprises who purchase or intend to purchase our company's equipment. 2、Training contents: ： 1)、Operation procedures and parameter setting of air tightness testing machine, air or water testing machine, screw machine, reverse screw machine, polishing machine and other equipment;
2)、The design method and manufacture method of the equipment and fixture of the screw machine, the air tightness tester, the air water tester and the polishing machine;
3)、Simple maintenance and repair of equipment.
4)、Assembly line layout, operation steps, process control, assembly process.
3、Training venue: Zone A, Ningbo European Industrial Park, Hangzhou Bay New Area, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province. 4、Personnel requirements: 1、Post requirements: factory operators, workshop or site management personnel. It is better including mechanics and electricians.
2、Other requirements: operators are required to bear hardships and stand hard work, abide by discipline and have strong acceptance ability; workshop management requires being able to make clamps and understand machining slightly.
